AGEMA is a multidisciplinary consultancy firm dedicated to enabling our clients to realize projects aimed at lessening the conditions of poverty in communities throughout Mozambique.  With our thorough understanding of the underlying systems in both rural and urban Mozambican communities, our ability to use the resources provided by our donors and clients and our highly qualified team, AGEMA implements effective tactics which really impact our beneficiary’s lives. 

AGEMA works in partnership with clients to identify solutions to problems.  Our clients comprise of Government agencies, donors, implementing agencies, International Development Banks (The World Bank, The African Development Bank, The Islamic development Bank), The European Commission, the Department for International Development (DFID), United Nations Agencies, Japanese International Corporation (JICA), private sector companies as well as national and international NGOs.

OUR MISSION above all is to enhance organizational effectiveness within communities resulting in sustainability, independence and the empowerment of the local people.  We encourage communities to take control of the decisions affecting their livelihoods and to experience benefits which extend beyond the projects life span.  Our success is to meet out client’s objectives and realize their expectations by offering them recommendations which are applicable, measurable and affordable.
